Kim Victoria Cattrall, born August 21, 1956 in London She is the daughter of a British and Canadian actor from Canada and Britain. Her most well-known role was for her role as Samantha Jones on the HBO show Sex and the City. She was nominated for the Golden Globe Award for 2002 as the best supporting female Actor. In 2008 and in 2010, she played the role in the films Sex and the City and Sex and the City 2. Her leading roles include Police Academy, Big Trouble in Little China Mannequin, and Porky's from the 1980s. Kim Cattrall's performance in the HBO TV show Sex & the City is one of the most memorable. The character of Samantha Jones played by noted actress Cattrall was a pivotal moment in her professional life. The sitcom didn't just boost her popularity amongst the national audience but made her an international celebrity, bringing an immense amount of recognition and fame. Anita Ekberg...................Anita Ekberg was a Swedish actress who appeared in several European as well as American films. Her most well-known performance was in the comedy-drama film La Dolce Vita. The film was both a critical and commercial success that won an award of the Golden Palm and Oscar at Cannes Film Festival 1960. Before beginning her career in acting it was her job to be the Swedish fashion model. She was crowned her first Miss Sweden competition. In the US She began appearing in films playing minor roles. The first role she was credited with was in the film Abbott and Costello Go to Mars in which she appeared as the role of a Venusian guard. In the following year following her appearance for the role of a bloody squire in Blood Alley she was awarded the Golden Globe in the most promising category for newcomers.
